    1. Counterfeit Parts Prevention

    1. All products provided to Lepton must only contain materials obtained directly from the Original Manufacturer (OM), an authorized distributor, or an authorized aftermarket manufacturer.

    2. Conflict Minerals Compliance, ROHS, REACH

    1. Use commercially reasonable efforts to identify whether goods provided to the buyer contain tantalum, tin, tungsten or gold.
    2. Conduct due diligence on the chain of custody of any minerals originating in covered countries to identify the smelter of said minerals.

    3. Flow Down and Purchase Order Requirements
